All doors are completely powered and controlled by the car’s computer. As you approach, your door will be opened and closed for you by the driver with the simple tap of a screen.

When booked, your plans are our priority. If we are more than 15 minutes late after reservation time, your X-Perience is free. In the rare event of a cancellation, we always provide 24 hours notice, guaranteed!

We understand not every event is a black car event. Our Comfort Rides have competitive pricing for every day riders, yet still prioritize premium features, such as leather seats, seatwarmers, sunroofs, legroom, and more.
Lower prices, same guarantee.
Rideshare apps offer ride scheduling, but you are still at the discretion of a driver changing their mind last second, leaving your plans up in the air. At X-Factor, our word is everything. When a Comfort Ride is scheduled through us, we are guaranteed to be there. If we don’t show up or cancel with under 8 hours notice, you get $50 in credit with us for free to use on future rides.
